I had the best buying experience you could possibly have, purchasing a 2025 Camry from South Coast Toyota a couple of weeks ago in August and especially with the representative Tom Fitzsimmons. He and the management team made the experience comfortable, not rushed or a long agonizing time. Tom was completely transparent and gave a very fair price. The finance representative just added to the good experience; he clearly explained the taxes and fees and the other options available with the purchase, but with no pressure. Tom noticed a license plate holder was missing from the car and he immediately had the stall install one before I left with the car. Tom called twice to make sure I had no questions or issues. I ordered a part online from the Toyota website, but it turned out to be the wrong one. I contacted South Coast Toyota and they were very helpful. Even though I had already discarded the box, they accepted the return and assisted me in sending it back to Toyota and replacing it with the correct part. Mark Blickhahn, in particular, was especially helpful throughout the process.
