South Coast Toyota have provided great service since I bought my 2023 Tacoma. A recent service showed that I had a steering issue. They were extremely supportive and assisted in identifying issue and went well above expectations in determining if it was a warranty issue or not especially since I will be taking the vehicle abroad in the very near future. I can very easily recommend them to anyone looking for very detailed vehicle maintenance but most of all the support they provide. A big thank you!

We bought a new 2025 Camry hybrid today. Mr. Jason and Mr. Fidel are both friendly and very helpful (sales and finance department respectively). They worked with us to accommodate our needs.

Got a good deal on a used car here late on a Sunday afternoon. The delivery process wasn’t the best as they included a $399 “alarm system” that was basically a Lo-Jack i didn’t agree to buy and had to get refunded. Also when I went to leave after signing the paperwork, the salesman insisted I drive my new, used car off the lot. Problem is I came by myself in a rental car and my plan was to drop the rental car off the following morning and come back to get my car the next day. He made such a fuss about it I ended up leaving my rental and taking the used car home. It made no sense since either way I had to leave one car behind. I would have preferred to leave the one covered under insurance instead of the one I just bought and not had coverage officially in place. Regardless of all that I got a good deal on a decent car and had a good experience with their service department after the sale.

I have been using South Coast Toyota for my car service for over 20 years. I find the service provided to be ethical, trustworthy, and competent. I even purchased my last Prius from them after vowing once in my life to never ever buy from a dealership. That purchase was also an excellent experience. I am not a car expert, but I trust my feelings about people, so I have trusted those employed by South Coast Toyota.

Richie my service advisor is consistently exceptional delivers as promised and makes conservative service suggestion. I don’t feel pressure or like I’m being ripped off. I always bring my car here for service and am always satisfied.

The service department is well run, but I had a bad experience with the parts center. I'd recommend getting your Toyota parts from another dealer. I placed an order on May 19 which was then cancelled with a note to "please reorder". I reordered the same day and didn't hear anything until I called on May 27 and was told their system was undergoing an upgrade. It would've been nice to know that in advance, but I was ok waiting. The following day, May 28, I received another email letting me know my second order for the same part was cancelled with the reason "Customer no longer wants part", which was not true. I will not be trying to order the same part for a third time and would recommend others to not order any parts from this dealer. Edit: Changed to 4 star review based on the owner's response
