I originally left a negative review because after a routine oil change, my car started experiencing issues it hadn’t before. I was frustrated and concerned, especially since the battery was relatively new. To their credit, the dealership responded quickly and had the service manager reach out directly. I brought the car back in, and they discovered a pre-existing engine issue. They also found that it was covered under warranty and provided a loaner car while repairs are being made. I really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through from the service department. They turned a stressful situation into a much better experience.

My 2006 Toyota Tacoma broke down late on a Friday night. I had it towed to South Coast Toyota and returned the following morning to get it fixed. Unfortunately, the dealership was very busy and my truck did not get diagnosed till 3:00pm. I was informed that the part would not arrive till Monday due to President's Day. So I would not receive my truck back until Tuesday. Ana was very accommodating and made the process much more bearable when she offered me a loaner car which allowed me to go to work. Great experience with South Coast Toyota.
