AAA jump started my hybrid wrong and that fried a few circuits. Stephanie from the Costa Mesa location was my car handler. She was amazing, calling AAA and emailing them on my behalf, as they were responsible for it. She really went above and beyond for me. She was personable, easy to talk to and listened to me.
