From negotiations with the vehicle when I walked through the door..all the way to right now as I finished all items needed with my vehicle. I may have annoyed him with my requests and with my negations. But let me tell you something…NOT ONCE did I feel as if he was upset. He did a great job at handling all of the issues that may have arisen and gave a smile and great customer service every single time. We purchased a 2024 RAV4 with only 35,000 miles on it. We agreed to pay full price given its condition, safety features and overall reliability. When taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed it did have some scratches on the passenger side door that no one had previously noticed. Probably was due to the vehicle color (white) and that it was in the shade when we first inspected it. To its credit, the dealership agreed to fix this issue. I know that other car dealerships would have said too bad, or charged extra for the fix, since it is a used car. This review would have been a five star had the dealership noted these scratches and dealt with them ahead of putting the car for sale. All other parts of sale process went well. I recommend this dealership.

I recently brought my Prius to South Coast Toyota for its regular maintenance. I purchased my Prius new here, and as always, the service was excellent. This time, Richer took care of me, and I really appreciate how helpful and professional he was. He made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the service. I would like to thank the Service Department for their attentive and prompt service. I brought my car for service, and there was a problem because of a small miscommunication, but it was handled with the utmost care and attentiveness. Thank you Mr. Kevin and Mr. Jason for going above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and issues are promptly resolved.

I had an appointment for an oil change on my 2024 Corolla Hybrid. Frank Cerda didn’t know what oil the car takes. I had to look it up in the owner’s manual myself and come back later. Even with an appointment, I waited about three hours. Ray Carrera was the one who actually took care of me, and he did a good job. The oil they used was the correct 0W-16, and the price on the Toyota Tuesday deal was fair, about $64 out the door. The service itself was fine once the right person handled it. The front end of the visit was not.

Great people and easy to deal with. The Crown Signia is an excellent vehicle for the price.
