Great experience. Thank you Dennis! I originally planned to purchase a Corolla but when the car arrived I didn’t like it mostly because I wanted a blue car and the Corolla was too light. Dennis went to work and found a beautiful blue (Ocean Gem) Camry. I fell in love with the car and we worked out a deal.

Got a good deal on a used car here late on a Sunday afternoon. The delivery process wasn’t the best as they included a $399 “alarm system” that was basically a Lo-Jack i didn’t agree to buy and had to get refunded. Also when I went to leave after signing the paperwork, the salesman insisted I drive my new, used car off the lot. Problem is I came by myself in a rental car and my plan was to drop the rental car off the following morning and come back to get my car the next day. He made such a fuss about it I ended up leaving my rental and taking the used car home. It made no sense since either way I had to leave one car behind. I would have preferred to leave the one covered under insurance instead of the one I just bought and not had coverage officially in place. Regardless of all that I got a good deal on a decent car and had a good experience with their service department after the sale.

The service department is well run, but I had a bad experience with the parts center. I'd recommend getting your Toyota parts from another dealer. I placed an order on May 19 which was then cancelled with a note to "please reorder". I reordered the same day and didn't hear anything until I called on May 27 and was told their system was undergoing an upgrade. It would've been nice to know that in advance, but I was ok waiting. The following day, May 28, I received another email letting me know my second order for the same part was cancelled with the reason "Customer no longer wants part", which was not true. I will not be trying to order the same part for a third time and would recommend others to not order any parts from this dealer. Edit: Changed to 4 star review based on the owner's response

South Coast Toyota have provided great service since I bought my 2023 Tacoma. A recent service showed that I had a steering issue. They were extremely supportive and assisted in identifying issue and went well above expectations in determining if it was a warranty issue or not especially since I will be taking the vehicle abroad in the very near future. I can very easily recommend them to anyone looking for very detailed vehicle maintenance but most of all the support they provide. A big thank you!

My service advisor is Frank, he’s always pleasant and efficient. Gives me an estimated pick up time and keeps me updated when and if it changes. He does an excellent job at going over all work done and assures me that they will be there if I have any concerns. From making my appointment to checking my car in to picking up my car has always been nothing less than a great experience.
