I originally left a negative review because after a routine oil change, my car started experiencing issues it hadn’t before. I was frustrated and concerned, especially since the battery was relatively new. To their credit, the dealership responded quickly and had the service manager reach out directly. I brought the car back in, and they discovered a pre-existing engine issue. They also found that it was covered under warranty and provided a loaner car while repairs are being made. I really appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through from the service department. They turned a stressful situation into a much better experience.
