South Coast Toyota has been my Toyota service center for the past two years, and they have been nothing but wonderful. I would like to give some customer appreciation recognition to Ray. He has always been attentive, kind, proactive at communications, and professional while helping me service my vehicle. He has been a true asset to the South Coast team and always gives great service. I know my car is in good hands with South Coast Toyota and Ray!

I had an outstanding experience today dealing with South Coast Toyota..... Kristine called me and scheduled an appointment, sent me information on a vehicle I liked, and had the car waiting for me up front when I arrived. She was a delight to work with. Bill & Christian were also amazing, and made sure i was getting what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a vehicle here and I would definitely recommend.

Review for service only** Bought a new Toyota Land Cruiser and it's been having some issues. I took it to another Toyota dealership and was told everything was fine. I decided to bring it to south coast Toyota and they were able to properly diagnose my car and fix it. I worked with Stephanie Santiago, and i thought she did an amazing job. She listened to my multiple concerns, asked clarifying details to ensure that she could address my issues. When my Toyota was ready we discussed all the issues and how they were resolved in great detail! Definitely will be coming here for service even though it’s further for me!

Had a great buying experience at South Coast Toyota. I did the internet search and Anh contacted me the next day. I went to the dealership the next day and got the out the door price. (without taxes) This was with my Costco member's discount. The price was good, and no pressure to buy add Ons. Finance guy was great.

I take my Toyota Avalon to South Coast Toyota for all my oil changes and other issues because they generally check everything on the car, not just I've brought the car in for.

Ray was super helpful with our maintenance. My husband and I are actually from out of town but we got a maintenance required alert on our vehicle. We wanted to make sure to get it checked before driving the long distance home and South Coast Toyota was able to schedule us right away. Our technician, Ray was super friendly and helpful and got our vehicle in and out super quickly 😄

Immediately greeted me and told me he would try very hard to keep the service under 90 minutes. It only took one hour and I was very impressed. You were correct in recommending afternoon service appointments. Very happy with service.

Everything went great. Very smooth. Bill McQuown was very nice, professional, and listened to my needs and wants for a vehicle. Traded in my 2023 RAV4 XLE Premium AWD Hybrid that I loved and would have kept for the new 2026 RAV4 Woodland AWD Hybrid because of the newer safety features and again Bill was able to help me with a great deal. The process was again very smooth and easy from start to finish, especially since I had only planned to do a test drive and hadn't planned to make a switch. This is my 5th Toyota from South Coast Toyota. First was a 4WD Sequoia several years ago. Then an AWd RAV4, followed by my first Hybrid a Prius XLE but still an AWD version, but my last the RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid and now the Woodland. Highly recommend any of these models and South Coast Toyota. Go see Bill today.
