My wife and I were looking for a 2026 RAV4 Limited, and we searched within a 500 mile distance from us. Other dealerships that displayed that they had cars coming in would give us runaround or no call backs after saying they would, but our experience with South Coast Toyota was different. Jayme was great with communication, and she made everything as clear and as smooth as it could be. When we came to pick up the car, they had it ready to go for us. Scott in finance was efficient with the paperwork as well. I would recommend South Coast Toyota because their customer service is top notch.

Had a horrible experience with CarMax service (had a plan with them so that’s why I started there), decided to choose a dealership for the next maintenance services and to check out yet again another check engine light. Raymond was so clear and communicated what needed to be done, what options I had, and when my car would be done. From ease booking the appointment online to being able to send me text and voicemail updates I really felt taken care of and I was lacking that in the past elsewhere.

Having been let down by a contractor before, I was cautious, but the plumber did a thorough job installing our new faucet and wrapped up in about 90 minutes. He encountered a minor issue with the pipe fitting that he resolved efficiently without needing additional parts.

Had a great experience with Elijah and the rest of the South Coast team. Felt like they really wanted to make a deal that I was happy with and were friendly and honest through the whole process. Wanted to make an upgrade to the interior and they handled it quickly. Only been about a week but the used Corolla Cross I purchased has been perfect so far.

I have been using South Coast Toyota for my car service for over 20 years. I find the service provided to be ethical, trustworthy, and competent. I even purchased my last Prius from them after vowing once in my life to never ever buy from a dealership. That purchase was also an excellent experience. I am not a car expert, but I trust my feelings about people, so I have trusted those employed by South Coast Toyota.
